The Retreat Beauty & Holistic Spa offer you, our guests, an indulgent, restful and relaxing experience in the heart of the Essex countryside just minutes away from the ancient flitch town of Great Dunmow.
Our extensive menu includes a variety of face, body, maternity and signature treatments as well as spa experiences which offer the opportunity to unwind in our spa garden or relaxation suite.
Parking is free in our spacious, private car park.

The Retreat is situated in a beautiful, relaxing, rural location at Marks Farm, off The Broadway, just outside the town of Great Dunmow. We have ample FREE onsite parking. The Retreat Beauty & Holistic Spa, Marks Farm, The Broadway, Dunmow, Essex, CM6 3BQ.
Your Visit
Bookings: We recommend that all treatments are booked in advance
Mobile Phones: Please help us maintain tranquility in the spa by switching all mobile phones off or to silent
Children: Please make arrangements that allow you and other clients to benefit fully from your treatment. If you do bring your children, please call The Retreat Spa beforehand to let us know as there may be relaxing treatments in progress.
Before Your Treatment: Please inform your therapist of any medical condition prior to any Holistic treatment.
Health: The Retreat is a strictly smoke and vape free Spa.
Reservations/Cancellations: We understand that sometimes you need to change your schedule. We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice so that someone else may visit us. If you fail to turn up for your treatment without informing us you may be charged for your treatment.
Late Arrivals: Late arrivals will determine the length of your treatment. Your service will end on time to ensure that the next client is not inconvenienced.
Gift Vouchers: Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months and are non-refundable. They cannot be exchanged for cash or products. It may be possible to extend the life of your gift voucher by up to 4 weeks for a £5 fee if you phone.
The Hot Tub: To maintain water quality hot tub access must be pre-booked by groups and individuals. Guests must shower before entering the hot tub. All guests should bring swimwear. Please be aware the spa is for guests aged 16 or over. Alcoholic beverages will be served to guests 18 and over.
Payment: Credit card details and a deposit are required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. All other treatments must be paid for on departure.
Valuables: We suggest you leave valuables at home. All care will be taken, but The Retreat Spa cannot take responsibility for valuables left in our rooms
